Clean water on a local level

Advertisements by Akvo promote communities that are eager to find water sanitation solutions instead of showing poverty.

 

 

Akvo has secured funding for 15 projects totaling €280,000 in investment.

 

Many projects to-date have been in Asia and Africa, but Akvo wants to promote projects in South America too.

 

 

The company has raised $1.6 million of the $2.6 million it estimates it needs to operate through 2012.
