    Ed Greene

    With 40 years of institutional asset management and sales experience, Ed brings a unique perspective to the alternative fund raising process. Ed is a Managing Director and leads C.P. Eaton Partners’ commitment to the Asia-Pacific region with the recent launch of the firm’s Shanghai representative office. He has been actively involved in Asian fundraising since 2000, representing Capital Today China Growth Fund and Asia Alternatives Capital Partners, both successful new funds in the region.

    Prior to joining C.P. Eaton Partners in 2000, Ed held senior management positions at Charles Schwab Capital Markets, IMI Mabon, Credit Lyonnais, Natwest Securities and Paine Webber. His experience also includes ten years as senior portfolio manager for derivative product strategies. The Shanghai representative office will develop business relationships in China and throughout the Asia-Pacific region with both the GP and LP alternative investment communities. The firm’s recent expansion validates C.P. Eaton’s long-term commitment to its global fundraising strategy.

    Jeffrey Davis

    Jeff has 13 years of financial services experience, of which 7 have been spent in the private equity industry. His focus at C.P. Eaton Partners is fund origination, screening and due diligence.

    Prior to joining C.P. Eaton, Jeff worked as Vice President at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity advisor. He also worked at GE Equity in both origination and asset management capacities with regard to GE's venture capital investments. He began his career in 1994 with Bankers Trust in global asset management, followed by three years in real estate investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Jeff has a B.A. from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a volunteer and fundraiser for a Greenwich-based Russian resettlement program, a social service agency of United Way of America.
