The Phoenix delay has taken down a second stock after UQM. Sic transit Dr. Gotcher. I wonder if the board has gone off half cocked - the fuel saving power regulation application with utilities and the USNavy has substantial promise regardless of the delay. I hope he waits for the ship to come in to exercise his options.
