This article is premised on a bunch of bull recyclable waste. My brother has created a 10,000 sq ft plastic recycling plant on the Atlantic coast, and it doesn't use 1% of the water you describe. I know -- I am a major investor and have toured the plant, review the financials, and see the water bill. Your basic premise is just self-serving hype.
