The bill would cut from oil and give to (RE and other good stuff), but conservation, that a waste! We already have CFL's, leds and global warming indoctrination. Let's get on with the real science and give credit to only largescale solar thermal, mass (cheap) battery production and molten salt and graphite heat storage SPT's for later electrical generation, ect). I believe that we already know how to limit ourselves. We just don't know the severity of future rations as a result of NOT securing RE!
