Article says "Berg Insight said those levels of smart meters means that one in three households will receive electricity bills based on their actual usage of electricity and thereby save money on energy." Wait till the other shoe falls and the Utilities start instituting Time of Use Metering. Rates will go through the roof as they did here in New York in the early 90s, when Con Ed raised peak rates to almost 40 cents a kwh. Middle class America is going to look at the price of gasoline as a bargain.
