Organized over the years, the Power Breakfast series is designed to give Bay Area cleantech leaders a platform for open and honest discussions about relevant topics.
Agenda
This event will convene relevant innovators, investors, corporations and others around a set of convergent themes impacting energy & resource industry innovators.
Automation and rapid prototyping are driving down cost. Advances in additive manufacturing are localizing supply chains and reducing waste. Nanofabrication and industrial biotechnologies are making sustainable sourcing and new physical material characteristics achievable.
These are just a few of the trends driving a sea change in advanced manufacturing, and the tools are being taken up to make things like flexible perovskite solar cells, lightweight and fuel efficient vehicles, and more.

Robert (Bob) O’Connor is a corporate partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Prior to founding the firm’s energy and infrastructure practice, Bob founded and served as managing partner of the firm’s Salt Lake City office, during which time Bob represented many of the leading venture capital and private equity investors and technology enterprises in the region, including Altiris (sold to Symantec), NPS Pharmaceuticals, Omniture (sold to Adobe Systems), and Overstock.com.
Bob also serves on the board of directors of the WSGR Foundation, a philanthropic vehicle for the firm’s partners to support charitable and other community organizations.
