Which Technologies Will Enable Grid Resilience?

While the fight for climate change mitigation continues to accelerate, new technology is needed to prepare for adaptation to a 1.5C warmer world. Grid resilience technologies will be critical to both maintaining effectiveness of the electricity grids in the face of extreme weather events and hitting the moving target of increased electricity demand. New grid infrastructure, monitoring, and command-and-control technologies will lay the foundation for resilience against coming challenges.
